Fall and Winter Indoor Track & Field

Track and Field is an individual sport as well as a team sport and has something for everyone. Regardless of experience, size, gender, speed or muscular strength; there are many different events for every person. Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club programs are designed to encourage healthy habits and active lifestyles among children, adolescents, and families through athletics. Our programs are for both beginners and the more advanced track and field competitors. We are motivated toward encouraging young people to recognize the benefits of track and filed as a way to stay fit and live physically active lifestyle. Equally, Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club emphasizes the value of scholarship integrity, good sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, personal goal setting, and hard work.

The indoor fall/winter season is combined with a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that covers important components of physical training, including strength and power development, speed-quickness, agility-conditioning, flexibility, nutritional guidance, and other important information. Our goal is to maximize the athletic potential of each student-athlete by promoting physical development, fostering athletic skills, and preventing injuries while providing youth student-athletes competitive opportunities to remain active and tuned-up during the winter months.
