Spring and Summer Outdoor Track & Field

Track and Field is an individual sport as well as a team sport and has something for everyone. Regardless of experience, size, gender, speed or muscular strength; there are many different events for every person. Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club programs are designed to encourage healthy habits and active lifestyles among children, adolescents, and families through athletics. Our programs are for both beginners and the more advanced track and field competitors. Our goal is to introduce the fundamentals of running, throwing, jumping, and race walking to beginners and develop and refine the more experienced student-athlete’s overall skills in track and field events. Everyone participates because there are no benches as each student-athlete will have an opportunity to train and compete in all aspects of track and field.

We are motivated toward encouraging young people to recognize the benefits of track and field as a way to stay fit and live a physically active lifestyle. Equally, Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club emphasizes the value of scholarship integrity, good sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, personal goal setting and hard work.
